WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We happily ship domestically and internationally! To learn more, go to the bottom left corner of our website, where you will find a half circle with a flag. Click on this circle to see if we currently are able to ship to your country. You must checkout with the flag in the correct country for us to ship the product. This will calculate all duties, taxes & fees, so that your products can get delivered to you DDP without any additional unknown fees.
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50!
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from our fulfillment center in Charleston, South Carolina, USA.
CAN I SHIP TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
We cannot split shipping addresses in one order. Please create an order for each shipping address.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please call us at (843) 619-7799 x0 or email us at email@example.com if you need to change your shipping address as soon as possible, as our turnaround times can be very quick! We can change the shipping address up until it ships, but we are unable to once the package leaves our hands.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We appreciate your order and want you to receive it as soon as possible! We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time, and usually ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, if not the same day! We pack and ship all orders Monday through Friday. During peak seasons and sales, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Reach out if you need it sooner & we will do what we can to make sure you receive it in time!
CAN I GET MY ORDER EXPEDITED?
At checkout, we offer overnight and 2 day shipping options. If you have already placed your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (843) 619-7799 x0! We are happy to assist you based on your ideal delivery date and location.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note all delivery times are estimates, and we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If you need an order by a certain delivery date, please contact us so we can assist you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, please call us at (843) 619-7799 x0. We can cancel your order up until it ships, but please let us know as soon as possible as our turnaround times can be very quick! Once an order leaves our hands, we are unable to cancel your order.
